Note:
**Time should be discussed at home plate prior to start of the game. Scorekeeper and umpire work together to determine the start time of game.
**WOBA’s 2016 AGM approved to remove the open inning for all divisions. Run limits are to be used where applicable.
**OBA Exhibition loops must play by OBA Rules. Please note that in OBA play the courtesy runner for catcher rule no longer exists.
For WOBA Championship Final games there will be no time limit. Mercy rules, etc would still apply.
