All positions are volunteer in nature. Selected applicants may be invited to attend an interview session.

PART 3: Coaching Qualifications

NCCP Baseball oriented courses are required for those who coach a baseball team regardless if coaching a League team or a Rep team. Softball does not require this provision for their coaches. Coaching education clinics are available to all of our coaches.

PART 4: Coaching Experience

Coaches may be required to provide a criminal record check within thirty (30) days after an appointment is approved.

PART 5: References

Please provide the names and contact information for two references. Note that these individuals may be contacted for reference information with respect to your application. References may include any sport association executive member, coach, umpire or volunteer organization who you have worked with in the past.

If accepted to coach a Clinton Minor Baseball Association (CMBA) team I agree to abide by the rules and policies set out in the CMBA Constitution and Code of Conduct and to follow the goals and philosophies outlined by CMBA.

I agree to support CMBA vision and act in ways that further this vision. 

I agree to be responsible for all aspects of this team including attaining required NCCP certification/baseball instruction, team administration, player safety, parent engagement, community service, attend required league meetings and special meetings that my presence is requested and all other aspects of running a team within CMBA.
All information contained in this application will be held in strict confidence.

All coaching and/or manager assignments are approved by the CMBA executive.  All coaching assignments are on a per season basis and terminate at the close of the final season game.
